The rules for using Dream Store

What Dream Store is
Dream Store is a directory and storefront platform that helps local sellers list their shops and products, and helps customers find and contact them. We're not a payment processor and we're not part of any sale — that contract is between the customer and the seller.
Accounts
Customers can browse freely or create a quick account with a name and email. Seller accounts are set up and approved by an admin. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for anything that happens under your account.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must list accurate info, prices, and stock, respond to orders in good faith, and only sell goods that are legal to sell. We can remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must give accurate contact info and arrange payment and delivery directly with the seller, usually over WhatsApp. Dream Store doesn't guarantee a product's availability, quality, or delivery.
Payments and disputes
Payment (cash on delivery, bank transfer, or FIB) and delivery happen directly between customer and seller, outside Dream Store. We don't process, hold, or refund money, and we're not responsible for resolving disputes — though we're happy to help mediate if you reach out.
Prohibited use
Don't use Dream Store to list illegal goods, post false or misleading information, impersonate someone else, or try to disrupt or abuse the platform (spam sign-ups, automated scraping, etc.).
Content and ownership
The Dream Store name, logo, and site design belong to us. Sellers keep ownership of their own shop content and photos, but let us display them on the platform to run the marketplace.
Limitation of liability
Dream Store is provided "as is" while we're still actively building it. We do our best to keep it reliable and secure, but can't promise it'll always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses from deals between customers and sellers.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Dream Store and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq / the Kurdistan Region.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dream Store grows. Using Dream Store after a change means you accept the update.
