This page explains what Dream Store collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Last updated: July 2026
When you use Dream Store we may collect: your name and email (quick customer sign-up or a seller account), your phone number (if you contact a seller via WhatsApp or a call), shop details and product photos (for sellers), and basic technical data like your IP address — just to stop abuse like spam sign-ups.
We use this to create and manage your account, show your orders, send order-confirmation emails, connect you with sellers, and keep the marketplace free of spam and abuse. We never sell your data to anyone.
Dream Store never processes payments directly and never stores card or bank details. When you place an order, you and the seller arrange payment — cash on delivery, bank transfer, or FIB — and delivery directly, usually over WhatsApp. Dream Store isn't part of that payment.
To fulfill your order, we share your name, order items, and contact method with the seller. WhatsApp conversations fall under WhatsApp's (Meta) own privacy policy, not ours. We use Google's SMTP servers to send order-confirmation emails.
We use a few simple cookies to remember your theme (light/dark), your language, and to keep you signed in. No third-party ad or tracking cookies.
Passwords are stored hashed, uploaded files are checked so they can't run as code, and admin accounts need extra verification. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.
